Jim & Kate's

I met Jim at an open day at his recently completed self-built and designed strawbale house in Totnes in 2006. The house was beautiful but the garden was bare, so I offered to do a permaculture design for it.

I carried out a SWOC and did a basemap looking at the aspect, slope and prevailing wind.

The annotated map includes suggested plants for each zone.
