Home heating

The copper base of the solar panelmade from an old copper tank, onto which we stuck copper tube.

This project came about when the gas boiler started to pack up. I had to consider a replacement, but wanted to chose a fossil fuel free option.

I researched technology options, placement, grants and attended a 'make your own solar panel' course and learned lots about how they work and where they should be placed. (see right).
