Course outline & Programme
The course will cover both the theory and practical building process of a tree bog. General principles and other designs and their pros and cons will be covered.

The weekend begins at 10am on the Saturday and finishes at 5pm on Sunday.
The morning session runs from 10 - 1pm.
Lunch is from 1-2pm. The afternoon session runs from 2–5pm.
There is a short coffee/tea break in each session.
Supper is 6.00 -7pm
You may arrive at Heathercombe from 7pm on the Friday evening, but we do not provide a Friday supper.

Participants can enjoy an inspiring evening walk and take advantage of the beautiful moorland surroundings, or relax in the sitting room, or around a bonfire, weather permitting.
Treat yourself to a relaxing, creative and inspiring weekend.

Cost
Residential £180, camping £140
Residential prices include all tuition, materials, catering and accommodation.

Concessions
There are a limited number of concessionary places available on all our courses, and these are open to anyone in receipt of a means tested benefit. We allocate concessionary places on a first come basis.
 
Food
High Hetharcombe will provide a delicious range of freshly cooked, vegetarian meals.
We use locally sourced, organic produce where possible. We can cater for special diets. Please give details on the booking form.
